We are committed to providing a safe & enjoyable experience here at QuaysWaterSports. To assist us with this, all participants agree to do so entirely at their own risk and in the unlikely event of injury, accident, loss or damage suffered, no responsibility shall be attached to the organisers, sponsors, or any person involved in the organisation of QuaysWaterSports at Mytchett.

Participation will always be at the discretion of QuaysWaterSports staff and may include an assessment of ability.

Visitors agree to participate at their own risk and understand the dangers associated with participation in open water, with the potential for serious personal injury, illness and damage to or loss of property.By agreeing to the terms and conditions, visitors release & discharge QuaysWaterSports, their organisers and other personnel, and will not make any claim against them.

Visitors certify that they are physically fit and have no pre-existing medical conditions that would affect me Participating in open water activities.visitors will not participate if I am feeling unwell or am under the influence of alcohol or drugs and if I become unwell during a session I will inform QuaysWaterSports personnel immediately.

Visitors agree to follow all rules and instructions from QuaysWaterSports organisers and safety personnel.Visitors will not enter the water until they have signed in, paid the participation fee & been advised by the organisers that they may do so.

Visitors will enter or exit the water within the times stipulated by the organisers and/or when advised by the organisers/safety personnel.

Visitors understand that the decision to cancel or postpone participation with regard to water temperature, visibility, weather conditions or other related matters rests with QuaysWaterSports.

Visitors understand that all participants must wear a buoyancy aid.Visitors understand any partcipants under the age of 12 must be accompanied on the water by an adult at all times.

Visitors must make all participants in my group know the permissible zone for Paddleboards and kayaks – refer to lake map boards.

Participants agree to provide emergency contact details and details of any relevant medical issues below and understand that this information is kept securely for my own safety.

Participants must stay with their craft at all times – no swimming, no climbing onto the banks or jetties.

In the unlikely event that a participant needs a refund, they will be offered a credit for another booking.
